5. Resolution No. 24-55 - Biennial Review of the Conflict Interest Code Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-55 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Walnut, Amending Resolution No. 22-49 Updating the Conflict of Interest Code for the City of Walnut; and 2. Direct the City Clerk to file the 2024 Local Biennial Notice with the City Council of the City of Walnut as the code reviewing body.
