Agreement for Vendor Services with Facility Solutions Group for $145,393.74 for the Purchase and Installation of Additional LED Walkway and Parking Lot Lights at Suzanne Park Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Facility Solutions Group in the amount of $145,393.74, for the purchase and installation of additional LED walkway and parking lot lights at Suzanne Park; 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Facility Solutions Group in the amount of $145,393.74.
