The settlement agreement between the City and CALPROMAX Engineering, Inc.,\nwhich provides for a payment of $44,483.00 to the City for the City to waive all claims\nagainst CALPROMAX Engineering, Inc. for the Gage Avenue Bus Shelter\nImprovement Project; and\n2. Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2023-15 titled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nBELL, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A SETTLEMENT\nAGREEMENT WITH CALPROMAX ENGINEERING, INC. FOR\nTHE GAGE AVENUE BUS SHELTER IMPROVEMENT\nPROJECT.”
