10.1 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED "OTHER AGENCY" REPRESENTATIVE\nAPPOINTMENTS (Diaz)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Receive and review the Mayor’s proposed “Other Agency”\nRepresentative Appointments List; and,\n2) Approve the Mayor’s proposed “Other Agency” Representative\nAppointments; and,\n3) Appoint April Josephson to the Orange County Mosquito and Vector\nControl District for a two-year term commencing January 2025 and\nexpiring December 2026; and,\n4) Direct the City Clerk to prepare and post an updated Fair Political\nPractices Commission Form 806 to reflect all paid appointments to\n“Other Agency” Boards, Committees, and/or Commissions in\naccordance with State law.\nItem No. 10.1
