7.7 AWARD OF A PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE BELL\nTOWER REGIONAL COMMUNITY CENTER BALLROOM FLOOR RENOVATION\nPROJECT TO A2Z CONSTRUCT, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,450.00\n(Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve the plans and specifications for the Bell Tower Regional\nCommunity Center Ballroom Floor Renovation Project; and\n2) Find that the Project is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA), as a Class 1 Existing Facilities,\npursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301; and\n3) Award a Public Works Construction Contract to the lowest responsive,\nresponsible bidder A2Z Construct, Inc. of Rancho Santa Margarita,\nCalifornia, in the amount of $30,450.00, and reject all other bids; and\n4) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Public Works\nConstruction Contract.\nItem No. 7.7
