Consideration to approve Amendment No. 2 to the Amended and Restated\nAgreement with EPIC Land Solutions, Inc., for the Perris Valley Storm Drain\nChannel Trail – Phase 2, Segment 2 Project (CIP#P040) to amend the Scope of\nServices for rights-of-way acquisition in the amount of $54,865 for a total\ncontract amount of $241,905.79 for a 2-year contract term in order to complete\nthe required acquisition.
