13.u AWARD AN AGREEMENT WITH CASC ENGINEERING AND 431\nCONSULTING, INC., FOR MS4 PERMIT INSPECTIONS AND NPDES\nSUPPORT SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Award a professional services agreement with CASC Engineering\nand Consulting, Inc., for MS4 Permit Inspections and NPDES\nsupport services in an amount not to exceed $200,000 per fiscal\nyear for a 30-month term commencing now, with two one-year\ncontract extensions.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any\nwritten requests for amendments, and any other documents\nnecessary to effectuate this action, in accordance with Section\n3.30.170 of the Palm Desert Municipal Code.\n3. Authorize the City Attorney to make necessary non-monetary\nchanges to the contract.
