13.t AWARD CONTRACT TO HF&H CONSULTANTS, LLC, FOR SOLID 369\nWASTE, RECYCLING, AND ORGANICS CONSULTING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Award Contract to HF&H Consultants, LLC, of Irvine, California, for\nSolid Waste, Recycling, and Organics Consulting Services for a\nthree-year term, in an annual amount not to exceed $145,000 plus\n4% annual cost adjustment in each subsequent year.\n2. Authorize contingency in the amount of $10,000 annually for\nunforeseen circumstances.\n3. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary nonmonetary\nchanges to the agreement.\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, any\ndocuments necessary to effectuate the actions taken herewith,\nand approve written contract amendment and change order\nrequests for unanticipated conditions per Section 3.30.170 of the\nPalm Desert Municipal Code.
