Approve Resolution 2023-005, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin\nPark, California, Authorizing the Director of Public Works to Execute Program\nSupplement Agreement (PSA) No. N014 Rev.1 with the State of California\nDepartment of Transportation to Administer Agency-State Agreements for Federal-Aid\nProjects."
