8.1 Consideration of a Resolution approving Development Plan Application\nNo. 23-06, and Conditional Use Permit 23-03, to demolish an existing\ngasoline station and canopy, a convenience store, and automatic drivethru car wash, and to redevelop the site with a new gasoline station and\nCanopy, a convenience store, and automatic drive-thru car wash, for the\nexisting Shell gasoline station at 1320 Fullerton Road, City of Industry,\nCalifornia, and adopting a Notice of Exemption regarding same, and\nmaking findings in support thereof.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Adopt Resolution No.\nCC 2024-73, approving a Notice of Exemption for the Project; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. CC 2024-71, approving Development Plan No.\n20-08, with the Standard Requirements and Conditions of Approval; and\n3) Adopt Resolution No. CC 2024-72, approving Conditional Use Permit\nNo. 20-03
