Amend Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating Budget by Appropriating $300,000 of Grant Funds\nfrom California Natural Resources Agency for Let’s MOVE Pomona Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-198 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25\nOPERATING BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $300,000 OF CALIFORNIA NATURAL\nRESOURCES AGENCY GRANT FUNDS TO THE LET’S MOVE POMONA\nPROJECT\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents and any future\namendments related with this action, with approval of the City Attorney as to form.
