6. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF AN INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT\n BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT\n\n IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n\n 1. Approve the Interagency Agreement between the City and Public Works\n Department; and\n\n 2. Authorize the City Manager and the Public Works Director to sign the agreement.
