4. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A NEW\n MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH THE HUNTINGTON PARK\n POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (POA)\n\n IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n\n 1. Approve the New Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the period July 1,\n 2024, through June 30, 2029, with the Huntington Park Police Officers\n Association (POA); and\n\n 2. Adopt Resolution approving and adopting a New Memorandum of Understanding\n (MOU) with the Huntington Park Police Officers Association; and\n\n 3. Approve additional budget appropriation to offset the balance needed for Fiscal\n Year (FY) 2024-2025 payroll expenditures.
