8. FY2025/26 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ALLOCATION FOR\nPROJECTS\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Per CDBG policy, the City Council selects the construction project and amount to be awarded.\n2. Per CDBG Policy, City Council selects public service project(s) and amounts to be awarded\n(Maximum of five (5) projects).\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary forms.\n4.
