19. 24-833 Approve and accept the Orange County Transportation Authority\n(OCTA) grants for Complete Streets Project; and approve\nappropriation of funds\nRecommended Action:\nA) Approve and accept the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) grants for\n$8,971,000; and,\nB) Approve appropriation of grant award funding into the OCTA Complete Streets\nProjects business units: $203,000 for Banning Roundabout into 129985001 and $176,000\nfor Hamilton Avenue into 129985002; and,\nC) Authorize the Public Works Director to execute necessary documents and agreements.
