NS-XXXX entitled AN UNCODIFIED\nORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA\nAMENDING THE LIST OF REPLACEMENT PARCELS AND PARCELS\nEXEMPT FROM CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 65912.114\nAND 65912.124 BASED UPON WRITTEN FINDINGS PURSUANT TO\nCALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 65912.114(i) AND\n65912.124(i)\n2. Determine that adoption of this ordinance not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA). Pursuant to California Government Code\nsections 65912.114(o) and 65912.124(o), adoption of an ordinance by a city\nimplementing the provisions of AB 2011 is statutorily exempt.
