7. Approval of Product and Services Agreement with ACTIVE Network\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Product and Services Agreement with ACTIVE Network in the\nnot-to-exceed amount of $121,563 to provide recreation management\nsoftware for the Parks and Recreation Department from 2025 through 2029;\nand,\n2.
