C. Consideration and possible action to amend the existing Professional Services\nAgreement with Michael Baker International, Inc. to continue additional\ntemporary planning services. (Garrett)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Michael Baker International, Inc., to continue to provide on-\ncall planning contract services in the Community Development Department\nthrough June 30, 2026 and increase the agreement sum by $70,000, thereby\nincreasing the not-to-exceed total agreement amount from $115,000 to\n$185,000; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the\namendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
