(Silva)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with\nT & M Construction to provide demolition services for a public nuisance\nabatement action at 4361 Exultant Drive in the amount of $55,000 plus\nadditional costs for asbestos and other hazardous abatement, if needed; and,\n2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the PSA with T & M\nConstruction in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
