1-D. Contract for Virtual Community Meeting Production Services\nRecommendation: Authorize the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority to execute a contract with Coast to Coast Conferences\nand Events, to provide video production services for an initial term of one year,\nwith four one-year renewal options, for a maximum total contract term of five\nyears, an annual not-to-exceed amount of $500,000, and aggregate\nnot-to-exceed amount of $2,500,000, using program funds included in the Los\nAngeles County Development Authority’s (LACDA’s) approved Fiscal Year\n2024-25 budget; find that approval of the contract is not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act; and authorize the Executive Director to take the\nfollowing actions: APPROVE (NOTE: The Chief Information Officer\nrecommends approval of this item.)\nExercise the renewal options in accordance with the contract using funds\nto be requested through LACDA’s annual budget approval process,\nexecute applicable contract amendments should the original contracting\nentity merge, be acquired, or otherwise have a change of entity, revise\nthe terms and conditions to align with the Board applicable policy\nchanges and directives, and to approve necessary changes to the scope\nof services, as well as termination of services due to convenience; and\nIncrease the total compensation by up to $250,000 (10% of the\naggregate not-to-exceed amount) in Pool Dollars as needed for\nunforeseen costs.
