8F. Agreements for As-Needed Real Property Appraisal Services. Environmental\nConsiderations: The actions being considered by the City Council are not\nsubject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because\nagreement are not "projects" per Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA\nGuidelines. These actions authorize staff to implement an organizational or\nadministrative activity of government that by itself will not result in a direct or\nindirect physical change in the environment.
