Construction Contract for Tank Coatings - Plant 23-R23/1, Plant 21-R21/1, Plant 22-R22/2 - ARPA\nRecommended Action:\nIt is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District 1) award a\nconstruction contract for the Tank Coatings - Plant 23-R23/1, Plant 21-R21/1, Plant 22-R22/2 project to\nthe responsive and responsible bidder, Polytech Industrial Incorporated., for the bid amount of\nCity of Hesperia\nPage 12\n$2,790,660, add Alternate A for the amount of $20,000, plus a 10% contingency for a not-to-exceed\ntotal of $3,091,726; 2) approve the project as represented by the specifications; and 3) authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute the contract and any other necessary documents related to the project.\nSponsors: Senior Project Manager Tina Souza
