18. Approval of Final Tract Map No. 14525\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council conditionally approve the following actions subject\nto the formation of Community Facilities District CFD No. 2024-01 and the\nassociated adoption of Ordinance 2453:\n(1) Approve Final Tract Map No. 14525;\n(2) Approve the execution of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement with\nSubdivider (SLPR, LLC) and the City for Final Tract Map No. 14525.\n(3) Approve the execution of a Lien Agreement with SLPR LLC as security for the\npublic improvements for said tract; and\n(4) Approve the release of the Land Division Improvement Construction Agreement\nfor Parcel Map No. 15883 Parcel 1.
