Underfunded Landscape Maintenance Assessment Districts (LMADs) 1-4,\nConsultant Contract Award\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-090, amending the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget,\napproving an additional appropriation of $45,800 of General Fund funds and\nsuspending Council Policy No. CP-97-3; and\n(2) Award a contract to Willdan Financial Services in an amount not to exceed\n$45,800 for Assessment Engineering Services.
