1. Update of the Master User Fee Schedule\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council and Victorville Water District Board of Directors:\n(1) Open and conduct the Public Hearing;\n(2) Close the Public Hearing; and\n(3) Adopt Resolution Nos. 24-105 and VWD 24-010, amending the Master User Fee\nSchedule by adjusting certain user fees based on the percentage change in the\nConsumer Price Index, adding various new fees, and making other updates and\nconforming changes.
