Building 724 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning System Replacement\nRecommendation:\nThat the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority Board of Directors:\n(1) Approve Amendment Four to the General Services Provider Standard\nAgreement between SCLAA and FM Thomas Air Conditioning Inc., increasing the\nnot to exceed compensation amount from $50,000 to $150,000 and;\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. SCLAA 24-005 amending the fiscal year 2024-2025\nBuilding 724 Maintenance Budget by $126,296.00 and;\n(3) Approve FM Thomas Air Conditioning Inc., to furnish and install a new Heating,\nVentilation, and Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) system at Building 724.
