3. Formation of Community Facilities District No. 2024-01 for Municipal Services\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-102 – Resolution of Formation, forming CFD 2024-01\nand setting an election for December 17, as requested by the property owners;\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. 24-103 – Resolution Certifying the Election Results, upon\nthe City Clerk’s opening of the sealed ballots that have been received;\n(3) Open and Conduct the Public Hearing to hear arguments for and against the\nadoption of Ordinance No. 2453, to allow for the levy of special taxes for CFD 2024-\n01;\n(4) Close the Public Hearing;\n(5) Introduce Ordinance No. 2453 for adoption and first reading by title only;\n(6) Waive further reading in full of proposed Ordinance No. 2453; and\n(7) Adopt Resolution No. 24-107, establishing Council Policy CP-24-06 for\nadministration of CFD 2024-01.\nCONSENT CALENDAR
