AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT WITH\nTPX COMMUNICATIONS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $175,000 TO\nPROVIDE ENTERPRISE TELEPHONE AND RELATED SERVICES\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with TPX\nCommunications (TPX) to provide enterprise telephone services for an initial\ncontract term of three (3) years with two (2) one­year renewals and approve a\ncontract sum of up to $175,000 for five years.
