City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a two-year 24-463\nJanitorial Services Agreement with NMS Management, Inc.,\nwith two one-year extension options to be administratively\nexecuted, in an amount not to exceed $952,722 for\njanitorial services at various City buildings and $1,025,367\nfor the administratively approved extensions if exercised;\nappropriate $200,697 from the City Building Maintenance\nReserve; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.
