City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the 24-461\nMemorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of\nOceanside (the City) and the Oceanside Unified School\nDistrict (OUSD) for implementation of Crown Heights Mural\nProject; and authorize the City Manager or his designee to\nexecute the agreements upon receipt of all supporting\ndocuments.
