City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the 24-457\npayment of $2,333,333 to the U.S. Army Corps of\nEngineers (USACE) as the City’s first installment of the\nmatching funds for the next phase of the San Luis Rey\nRiver (SLRR) Flood Protection Project; appropriate funds\nfrom the General Fund assigned SLRR account; and\nauthorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to\nexecute payment upon receipt of all supporting documents.
