FOOKS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the coordination of MLK Day\nof Service activities in January 2025, to commemorate Martin Luther King, Jr.,\nNational Day of Service in the City of West Hollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct staff to coordinate appropriate 2025 West\nHollywood MLK Day of Service activities and to promote volunteerism to\ncommemorate Martin Luther King, Jr. National Day of Service; and 2) Direct the\nCommunications Department to utilize all appropriate communication stools to\npromote the City’s commemoration of Martin Luther King, Jr., National Day of\nService.
