Accept the grant award from the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program in\nthe amount of $197,940 for the purchase and installation of light-emitting diode street name\nsigns.\nb. Authorize an appropriation and estimated revenue increase in the amount of $197,940 from\nthe Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program to the Public Works\nGrants/Agreement Fund 243 for the purchase and installation of light-emitting diode street\nname signs.
