Award Request for Proposals (RFP 24-076AH) titled Electric Capacity Impact Study â Solar\nand EV Charging to CLP Engineering, LLC for $113,460 and waive any and all minor\nirregularities in the bidding documents as submitted by said bidder.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement\nwith CLP Engineering, LLC for $113,460, with an initial award period of December 4, 2024,\nthrough June 30, 2026, with one (1) additional one (1) option year renewal period, on an as-\nneeded basis with no guaranteed usage.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a purchase order to CLP Engineering,\nLLC for $113,460.\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute non-substantive\nchanges, extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to the amount\nauthorized in the Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.060(J), which is equivalent to 10% or\n$1.

Award Request for Proposals 24-042MB to Corrpro Companies, Inc. for System Assessment\nand Design Services.\nb. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Corrpro Companies, Inc. of Santa Fe\nSprings, CA, $200,000 per fiscal year to perform Cathodic and Corrosion Protection System\nAssessment and Design Services.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with Corrpro Companies, Inc., for a total contract of $200,000 per fiscal year for\nthe initial contract term ending on June 30, 2025, with two (2) optional two (2) two-year\nextensions including the ability to negotiate and execute non-substantive changes and\nextensions, purchase orders and amendments up to $20,000 or 10% of the original contract\namount.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct the City Council to\ntake the above actions.

Award Notice Inviting Bids 25-013CA to United Storm Water, Inc., the lowest responsive,\nresponsible bidder, for the total bid amount of $249,200, and waive all minor irregularities in\nthe bidding document as submitted by the said bidder.\nc. Approve the construction contract with United Storm Water, Inc. for the Citywide Storm Drain\nCatch Basin Filters, Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2023-06, in the amount of\n$249,200.\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Construction Contract with\nUnited Storm Water, Inc. in the amount of $249,200, including any non-substantive\nextensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to an amount authorized\nby Corona Municipal Code Section which is equivalent to 10% or $24,920.\ne. Authorize an appropriation in the amount of $15,154 from the County Service Area 152\n(NPDES) Fund 245 to the Citywide Storm Drain Catch Basin Filters, Capital Improvement\nProject No. ST-2023-06.
