7.6 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CORRPRO COMPANIES, INC. FOR CATHODIC\nAND CORROSION PROTECTION SYSTEM ASSESSMENT AND DESIGN SERVICES\nThat the City Council:\nPage 3 of 8\na. Award Request for Proposals 24-042MB to Corrpro Companies, Inc. for System Assessment\nand Design Services.\nb. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Corrpro Companies, Inc. of Santa Fe\nSprings, CA, $200,000 per fiscal year to perform Cathodic and Corrosion Protection System\nAssessment and Design Services.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with Corrpro Companies, Inc., for a total contract of $200,000 per fiscal year for\nthe initial contract term ending on June 30, 2025, with two (2) optional two (2) two-year\nextensions including the ability to negotiate and execute non-substantive changes and\nextensions, purchase orders and amendments up to $20,000 or 10% of the original contract\namount.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct the City Council to\ntake the above actions.
