CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nSOUTH PASADENA APPROVING A SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT AMENDING\nSECTION 4 OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF\nSOUTH PASADENA AND THE SOUTH PASADENA FIREFIGHTERS' ASSOCIATION\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the Council consider:\n4\n1. Adopting the Resolution approving the side Letter of Agreement between the City of\nSouth Pasadena and the South Pasadena Firefighters' Association and;\n2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Letter of Agreement.
