CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH THE ARROYO GROUP FOR SERVICES RELATED TO A\nHOUSING ELEMENT REVISION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF HOUSING ELEMENT\nPROGRAMS\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council consider approval of a Professional Services\nAgreement with the Arroyo Group for services related to a Housing Element Revision and\nhousing program implementation tasks associated with the passage of Measure SP, for a\nterm of one year with the option to extend the contract for one (1) additional year, for a\ntotal maximum contract term of two years at a not-exceed amount of $139,370.
