CONSIDERATION OF THE SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE AND REPLACEMENT OF\nCARBON MEDIA FROM CALGON CARBON CORPORATION FOR THE WILSON AND\nGRAVES WELLHEAD TREATMENT SYSTEMS FOR A TOTAL NOT-TO EXCEED\nAMOUNT OF $850,000\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider approval of the sole source purchase\nand replacement of carbon media from Calgon Carbon Corporation for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $850,000 for the Wilson and Graves Water Reservoirs Wellhead\nTreatment Systems, which includes material, freight and field services, and any analysis,\nand acceptance testing required by a landfill related to disposal; and authorize the City\nManager to take all actions to effectuate the purchase and replacement.
