3-C. WAIVE FURTHER READING AND ADOPT ZONE CHANGE (ZA-24-03), AN ORDINANCE\nAMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR CONSISTENCY WITH\nTHE GENERAL PLAN, LAND USE AND URBAN DESIGN ELEMENT.\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Waiving the second reading and adopting the proposed ordinances; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\n3-D ACCEPTANCE OF SGVMWD GRANT FOR IRRIGATION CONTROL SYSTEMS\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Accepting and allocating grant funding in the amount of $50,000 from the San Gabriel\nValley Municipal Water District (“SGVMWD”) for Irrigation Control Systems;\n(2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Grant Agreement, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney, with SGVMWD for this grant program;\n(3) Authorizing the Finance Department to appropriate $50,000 in funding from the FY 2024-\n2025 budget; and\n(4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
