10. 2025 City Council Local and Regional Appointments and Undergrounding\nProject Advisory Committee Charter Update\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Review the\ncurrent list of Del Mar City Council regional and local appointments (Attachment\nA) and make or reaffirm appointments for 2025 from among its members; and\nidentify and authorize the elimination of any committees or subcommittees that\nare no longer deemed necessary; and 2) Adopt the Resolution (Attachment E)\namending the Undergrounding Project Advisory Committee (UPAC) charter\n(Exhibit A to Attachment E).
