12. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR ROCKFIELD BOULEVARD MEDIAN\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECT (24S09)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Find that I.E. General Engineering, Inc. has\ncompleted construction of the Rockfield Boulevard Median Improvement\nProject (24S09). 2. Approve the Notice of Completion and authorize the\nmayor to execute the document on behalf of the City. 3. Authorize City\nClerk to submit Notice of Completion for recordation to the Office of the\nCounty Recorder of Orange County within fifteen days of the City Council\napproval, as required by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code. 4.\nAuthorize staff to release any unencumbered retention in accordance with\nCalifornia law.
