Approve an Interagency Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Moreno\nValley and the Eastern Municipal Water District for Cactus Avenue Trench\nrehabilitation repair located on Cactus Avenue and Wilmot Street; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Interagency Reimbursement Agreement\nbetween the City of Moreno Valley and the Eastern Municipal Water District for the\nCity’s share of the cost, $106,781.30, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent related amendments to the\nInteragency Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Moreno Valley and the\nEastern Municipal Water District, subject to the approval of City Attorney.
