5. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 24-503\nAmendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Marine Taxonomic Services (MTS), Ltd., in the\namount of $50,972, for a total contract amount not to\nexceed $117,205, for analytical services to meet the\nrequirements of the National Pollutant Discharge\nElimination System (NPDES) permit; and authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to execute the amendment.
