13. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR SLURRY SEAL PROJECT FOR\nARTERIAL STREETS: MUIRLANDS BLVD. FROM BAKE PARKWAY TO\nLOS ALISOS BLVD. AND JERONIMO ROAD FROM BAKE PARKWAY TO\nLOS ALISOS BLVD. (PW 2021-05B)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Find that VSS International, Inc. has\ncompleted construction of the Slurry Seal Project for Arterial Streets:\nMuirlands Blvd. from Bake Parkway to Los Alisos Blvd. and Jeronimo Road\nfrom Bake Parkway to Los Alisos Blvd. (PW 2021-05B) 2. Approve the\nNotice of Completion and authorize the Mayor to execute the document on\nbehalf of the City.3. Authorize the City Clerk to submit Notice of Completion\nfor recordation to the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County\nwithin fifteen days of the City Council approval, as required by Section\n9204 of the California Civil Code.4. Authorize staff to release any\nunencumbered retention in accordance with California law.
