K. APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF THE ART OF TAMING HORSES BY CHRISTOPHER\nMYERS (REPRESENTED BY JAMES COHAN GALLERY) IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,000\nWITH PUBLIC ARTS FUNDS\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Appropriate funds in the amount of $9,000 from the Public Arts Fund Balance.\n2. Approve the purchase of The Art of Taming Horses by Christopher Myers in the\namount of $9,000 with Public Arts Funds.\n3. Authorize the Director to execute all necessary documents to facilitate funding for\nthe purchase of the artwork from James Cohan Gallery.
