X. APPROVAL OF A CULTURAL MONITORING CONTRACT WITH THE AGUA CALIENTE\nBAND OF CAHUILLA INDIANS IN THE AMOUNT OF $115,000 FOR THE South Palm\nCanyon Bridge Replacement at Tahquitz Creek Channel, City Project No. 12-02,\nFederal Aid Project No. BRLS-5282(042)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a cultural monitoring agreement with the Tribe in the amount of $115,000;\n2. Delegate authority to the City Manager or designee to approve and execute the\ncultural monitoring agreement and amendments up to a total amount of $35,000 with\nall amendments reported to the City Council; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary documents.
