U. APPROVE AMENDMENT 1 TO AGREEMENT 24S123 WITH ARCHITECTURAL\nRESOURCES GROUP, INC. FOR A PEER REVIEW OF THE SECTION 14 HISTORICAL\nCONTEXT STUDY\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment 1 to Agreement 24S123 with Architectural Resources Group,\nInc. for a peer review of the Section 14 Historical Context Study in the amount not to\nexceed $32,500 and a revised agreement amount of $107,490.\n2. Appropriate $32,500 into the Department’s contractual services budget to cover this\nadded work.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
