P. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 24P372 WITH ADLERHORST\nINTERNATIONAL, LLC FOR POLICE CANINE TRAINING SERVICES FOR\nAPPREHENSION AND SCENT DETECTION\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 24P372 (Attachment A) with Adlerhorst\nInternational, LLC to provide police canine training services for apprehension and\nscent detection for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $33,612 beginning\nJanuary 13, 2025 through January 12, 2028, with two one-year extension options at\nthe City’s sole discretion; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
