Q. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 24P373 WITH VOHNE LICHE\nKENNELS, INC. FOR POLICE CANINE TRAINING SERVICES FOR EXPLOSIVES\nDETECTION\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 24P373 (Attachment A) with Vohne Liche\nKennels, Inc. to provide police canine training services for explosives detection for a\nthree-year term in an amount not to exceed $74,400 beginning January 13, 2025,\nthrough January 12, 2028, with two one-year extension options at the City’s sole\ndiscretion; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
