T. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 24B361 WITH DESERT FIRE\nEXTINGUISHER CO., INC. FOR FIRE SUPPRESSION EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE,\nTESTING, INSPECTION, AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 24B361 with Desert Fire Extinguisher\nCo., Inc. to provide fire suppression equipment maintenance, testing, inspection,\nand repair services for the Palm Springs International Airport in an amount not to\nexceed $150,000 for the initial three-year term beginning January 13, 2025 through\nJanuary 12, 2028, with two one-year extension options at the City’s sole discretion.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
